"I do not own this insurance, but my son hit a bull which is owned by one of their customers and damaged my Truck without it I have no way to operate a business. The adjuster from Altoona. Rick Moore will not call myself or my insurance agent back we have both repeatedly left messages. Do not purchase this insurance I’ve never seen such poor service"

"I myself have been a State Farm customer ever since the day I was licensed to be behind the wheel. Prior to me being able to drive my parents drove covered under State Farm, so we all together have been State Farm Customers with Tim Forbes State Farm in Altoona, Iowa for well over 40 years. In all of the time that we have been clients, we have never once had a single issue with our vehicles problems or accidents being fully handled by the company and the amazing people that work there. Every time I call, no matter who picks up the phone it’s always a pleasure speaking with them. They always care about what’s going on not just with your car, but also you and how your family is. I truly can’t say kind enough things about the men and women at that particular location.
